Itinerary
Day: 01: Cochin – Munnar (157Kms/4Hrs)
On arrival at Cochin airport / Ernakulam Railway station, our representative will transfer you to the Munnar Resort. , on the way you can see Vallera and cheeyappara water falls. Munnar -The most sought destination with its impeccable beauty set at an altitude of 6000 ft which covers tropical plantations- pristine valleys and mountains exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests – aroma of spice scented cool air – which leaves enchanting memories. On arrival at Munnar check into Resort.
Day: 02: Munnar
Start the day with sightseeing in Munnar which include Visits to Mattupetty -Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Kundalay Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai , Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary famous for Nilagiri Tahr and Tea gardens. Night Stay in the Resort.
Day: 03: Munnar – Thekkady
At 0900 Hrs and start the journey to Thekkady drive through panoramic western ghat hills covered with spice plantations and occasional view of water falls and streams. Throughout this journey you can enjoy different type of spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, clove etc. On arrival at Thekkady check into Hotel. After some rest go for Boating in Peiryar lake. You may get a chance to see wild animals while boating
Day: 04: Thekkady to Alleppey
Our representative will transfer you to the Alleppey Houseboat Terminal at 12:00 hrs. check in at houseboat. Start Cruise up to 6:00 Pm Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. Next day morning after breakfast cruise back to Alleppey and reach terminal by 9:00 AM. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters. Cruising along the backwaters of Kerala is an unforgettable experience.
Day: 05: Departure from Cochin
Check out from the Houseboat and you will be driven back to Cochin International Airport/ Railway station with wonderful memories and realization that it indeed is. Gods’ own country.
